The Launch: Ace Team Hawaii

After I created my solo business, I had so much fun building systems for my new path. Honestly, I couldn’t find any activity that was more interesting at that time. Staying with the previous team gave me the opportunity to learn about many things, but I felt like I was equipped to run my own business and I was excited. I was very content with my solo ride and never thought about anything else.

Then one day, I got connected to this Korean girl named Rina on Facebook. When she was having a baby, I offered her that I would like to deliver a seaweed soup that all Korean women are encouraged to eat after childbirth. I visited her house and met with her husband Antwaun, and he just stared a real estate business with Century 21 at the time. I was with eXp Realty and shared my business and vision, and Antwaun and Rina said they wanted to work with me if I ever make a team.

Me? Creating a team? I’m just one-year old in this business. I was like “No Way!” But that made me consider a name of a future team name if I ever make one. Then I came up with “Ace Team Hawaii” and just put that potential dream of future team aside. Then the next day, one of the most respected Christian leaders that I know sent me a message on Facebook and said “Good going, Ace!” I never was called by someone “Ace” in my entire life, and that touched my heart like a lightening. “It’s a sign!” I know that this might sound superstitious, but I received it as God’s sign that I should start a team and help others and their family achieve their dream.

I had some people that wanted to work with me on my team, so I made a four-person team and started training new agents. There were a lot of changes in my business style and I was exploring different options. As with any other business organization, there were exciting times as well as challenging moments. The Journey Begins!
